All Season Digital acts solely as a service provider with respect to Client Data. We process Client Data only for the purpose of delivering contracted services.

We do not claim ownership of Client Data.

Client Representations

Clients represent and warrant that:

  • They have the legal right to collect, store, and use all data provided to All Season Digital.

  • All customer data provided complies with applicable U.S. laws, including privacy and marketing regulations.

  • Proper consent has been obtained where required (e.g., email marketing, SMS marketing, ad retargeting).

No Responsibility for Client Data Compliance

All Season Digital is not responsible for:

  • The legality of client-collected data

  • The accuracy of client-provided data

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their own legal compliance.

Data Access & Termination

Upon termination of services:

  • Client account access may be removed

  • Stored materials may be archived or deleted at our discretion

  • Ongoing access to shared drives or systems is not guaranteed

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data.
